Wastelands

The most common biome in The Real: a dark, broken plain of ash, rubble and ruins.

Wastelands cover about 45% of the surface. The ground is a patchwork of ash, scorched earth, ruined concrete and metal, broken by craters and roofless buildings.

Machine city megastructures and hollow city blocks also rise out of the Wastelands, and the cable grid and pylons cross it everywhere.
